All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days starting from the date of delivery. Returns will only be accepted if accompanied by the original invoice in the online order package (Point of Sale )and the website invoice. You must visit the nearest Jay store to return or exchange the items.
We can also request to send a courier to your doorstep to pick up the item and you’ll be charged with the pickup fees “Equals to the shipping fees”.
In this case if the order was paid in cash, we will deposit the value to your Store Credit so that you can use in any other online purchase, knowing that this value cannot be refunded.
If the order was paid in Credit Card, we will deposit back the amount of the order to your credit card.
Refunds for Installment Payment Methods:
For orders paid through Sympl, Premium, Souhoola, or Bank Installments, refunds are handled as follows:
- Full Refunds: The total amount will be returned to the original payment method.
- Partial Refunds: Any partial amount will be credited to your website wallet “Store Credit” and can only be used for future purchases on our website.
